A flow is a set of tasks written in YAML. It runs when you start it or when a trigger fires.

An execution appears each time a flow runs: from its Run button, a schedule, a webhook or another flow.
📄️ Namespaces
Namespaces organise flows, namespace files and key-value pairs.
📄️ Triggers
A trigger starts a flow on a schedule or an event. It is declared under triggers: in the flow's YAML and then appears here.
